YCEA 2012 Chinese Culture Summer Camp

My name is Bob and I am the program coordinator of Young Cultural Exchange Association (YCEA) in Taiwan. Our main mission is to promote for culture exchange between foreign and Taiwanese Students.

We have been hosting Chinese Culture Summer Camp at Chang Gung University campus since 2008. Our summer camp program includes Chinese lesson , which taught by Chinese teacher with TCSOL (Teachers of Chinese to Speakers of Other Languages) certified and have teaching experiences, and Chinese Cultural interaction with local students during daily activities and excursions. 僑務委員會「101年海外青少年文化志工培訓班」

歡迎報名參加僑務委員會「101年海外青少年文化志工培訓班」

今年夏天，僑務委員會將在舊金山辦理為期三天之「101年海外青少年文化志工培訓班」，課程著重台灣文化體驗及實作、團隊建立及溝通、夏令營TA 相關技能及文化導覽志工技巧等，並將學員學習成果運用多媒體剪接影音，展示於網路上。歡迎14歲至18歲華裔青少年踴躍報名參加！

本培訓班的目的，是希望藉由這個平台讓第二代華裔青少年能有機會接觸並實際參與僑教中心活動及文化傳承的工作，透過此訓練讓他們不僅成為僑教中心的文化志工，還能成為未來傳播文化的種子。

凡完成培訓的學員僑委會將頒予結業證書，並核發15小時服務時數證明，同時承辦單位將安排學員加入FASCA組織(Formosa Association Student Culture Ambassador)成為北美華裔大家庭的成員。在未來一年中FASCA將規劃提供如僑委會僑教中心文化導覽、夏令營隊輔及社區服務等多樣性的志工服務機會，若累積服務時數超過100小時，承辦單位將主動協助學員申請「白宮青少年社區服務獎章」，讓學員未來在申請大學時更具優勢。

如何報名＆貼心提醒：

1. 參與者須全程參加所有課程，不提供單一選課。

2. 上課時數達全程的90%以上者，始可獲頒結業證書。

3. 有意報名者自3月15日起請至僑務委員會網站（www.ocac.gov.tw），於首頁點選海外青少年文化志工培訓班圖示，即可進入文化志工培訓班平台系統，另研習課程內容等訊息，可進入上開系統查閱。
