測試目的：鼓勵兒童參加國際級的「兒童華語文能力測驗」，不僅能取得國際認可的華語文能力證書之外，更深具以下意義：
  • 對兒童而言：瞭解自己的華語程度，進而激勵自己學習華語的熱忱與自信，並挑戰自我能力。
  • 對家長而言：瞭解孩子學習華語的狀況，進而規劃與調整孩子學習華語的方法與步調。
  • 對華語文教師而言：瞭解學生的華語程度，進而檢視自己的教學成效，以作為未來課程規劃的參考。
本測驗最大的特色，是以生活化且趣味活潑的試題內容，幫助學生了解自己的華語程度，並激勵他們學習華語的熱忱。測驗特色說明如下：
    • 以兒童為本位，從孩子的生活經驗出發。
    • 試題設計符合兒童認知及語言發展歷程。
    • 試題設計趣味、活潑且多元化。
    • 題本彩色印刷，圖片生動可愛，提升兒童興趣。

    Kids who pass CCCC will be granted a universally recognized Chinese capacity endorsement. Also, the test can fill the accompanying needs: For Children: Via the test, they can comprehend their Chinese capacity, which will support their trust in the dialect and urge them to provoke themselves.
